Lemon Blueberry Dump Cake
Servings: 12 to 16
Ingredients:
- 1 package Duncan Hines Moist Deluxe Lemon Supreme Food Cake mix (18.25 ounces)
- 4 cups fresh blueberries
- ¼ cup white sugar
- ½ cup unsalted butter
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Directions:
- Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Pour the blueberries into the bottom of a 9” x 13” baking dish and spread evenly.
- Sprinkle the cinnamon over the blueberries.
- Sprinkle the sugar over the blueberries.
- Sprinkle the dry cake mix over the blueberries. Use a spatula or back of a spoon to spread the cake mix evenly.
- DO not stir.
- Cut the butter into thin slices.
- Cover the entire top of the cake mix with the slices of butter.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until the top of the cake is golden brown and the cake passes the Toothpick Test.
