The Third Wheel Book 7_ABRAMS

As a homeschool mom, I’ve always said that my main goal was to raise children that loved to read.   When my girls were struggling readers, it was difficult to get them to love reading.  However, once they found something they were interested in reading, they were able to overcome their struggles and become much more fluent.  It was really a matter of finding that “magic book.”

For my youngest daughter, the magic came with the Diary of a Wimpy Kid series.   Prior to discovering these books, recreational reading happened very infrequently; but, once the first Wimpy Kid book came into our home, her reading habits changed for the better.

Because of this, I have quite an affection with the Wimpy Kid books and I’m thrilled to not only tell you about the newest book in the series, but to give you a chance to win a copy for yourself too!

About The Third Wheel
Love is in the air—but what does that mean for Greg Heffley?

A Valentine’s Day dance at Greg’s middle school has turned his world upside down. As Greg scrambles to find a date, he’s worried he’ll be left out in the cold on the big night. His best friend, Rowley, doesn’t have any prospects either, but that’s a small consolation.

An unexpected twist gives Greg a partner for the dance and leaves Rowley the odd man out. But a lot can happen in one night, and in the end, you never know who’s going to be lucky in love.
