Un-Candy Bars

  • sliced bread
  • 2 tablespoon chopped nuts
  • 1 tablespoon wheatgerm
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter with peanut oil
  • optional: 1 tablespoon cocoa

Directions:

  1. Trim crusts from sliced bread. Cut in half. Dry all overnight (or in 350 degrees oven for 1/2 hour.
  2. Crumble crusts. Add 2 tablespoon chopped nuts and 1 tablespoon wheatgerm.
  3. Mix 1/4 cup peanut butter with peanut oil until thin. You may also add 1 tablespoon cocoa if you like.
  4. Dip bread in peanut butter.
  5. Roll in nuts.
  6. Eat & enjoy! 🙂
