Good Granola

  • 1 cup oatmeal
  • 1/3 cup wheat germ
  • 1/4 cup coconut
  • 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/4 cup powdered milk
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoon honey
  • 2 tablespoon oil
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla

Directions:

  1. Mix 1 cup oatmeal, 1/3 cup wheat germ, 1/4 cup coconut, 1/4 cup sunflower seeds, 1/4 cup powdered milk, and 1 tablespoon cinnamon.
  2. Add 2 tablespoon honey, 2 tablespoon oil and 1 tablespoon vanilla. Mix well.
  3. Spread on cookie sheet.
  4. Bake at 375 degrees for 8-10 minutes.
  5. Cool on paper towels.
  6. Eat for a snack or breakfast.
