Raisin Energy Snack

  • 2 tablespoon raisins
  • 1 tablespoon peanuts
  • 1 tablespoon sunflower seeds
  • 1 tablespoon coconut meat (or flaked coconut)
  • 1 tablespoon carob chips

Directions:

  1. Put 2 tablespoon raisins in a bowl.
  2. Add 1 tablespoon peanuts, 1 tablespoon sunflower seeds, 1 tablespoon coconut meat and 1 tablespoon carob chips.
  3. Mix all ingredients together.
  4. Eat now or on a hike. Really good!
